What You Need To Know

To participate in our events, prospective vendors must first apply to trade with us. Once accepted, you will be invited to join our private Facebook group, where you’ll receive exclusive early access to all our upcoming events.

It’s essential to have public liability insurance to ensure a safe and secure environment for all. For food vendors, appropriate certification is required to comply with health and safety regulations. After acceptance, you can apply to specific events as they are announced.

Our events are diverse and held in various locations throughout the Northwest of England, featuring both Artisan and small business showcases.

We look forward to working with you and supporting your participation in our exciting range of events!

Event Participation Process

Our events will first be offered to those who have completed the application to trade with us and have been accepted. Announcements for these events will be made in our private Facebook group, where you’ll have exclusive early access.

We will notify you of your acceptance as soon as possible, and detailed information, including event times and specifics, will be emailed to you prior to each event.

To secure your spot once accepted, payment will be required. This process ensures that we can effectively manage event logistics and provide a smooth experience for all participants. We look forward to having you join us and showcasing your products at our events!
